Hello! Here is my Diode-LED with HeatSink holder. I do not know what heat can be released by the diode but you should print it in ABS or PETG ( or others Thermal resist material ). The Diode Heatsink is fixed with 2 M2X12mm Screws and nuts ( Screws on pictures have 19mm/12mm ) Wire 22 AWG fit easily. It need support ( I put 80° Overhang Angle Support ) just to have the support needed... Have a nice day!
