Dipole Antennas Centers for Use with Spiderpole

thingiverse

This is a center for an HF dipole antenna. It is designed to be used with a Spiderpole 12m fiberglass mast. The hole in the dipole center slips over the Spiderpole mast and stops at the pole diameter required to achieve a 30 ft height. A standard SO-239 chassis mount connector is used for the feed line .I use 20 gauge speaker wire for the antenna elements. A version is included which allows for a two element fan dipole as indicated by the pictures. The single band version has been built and tested with a 20m Inverted-V configuration at 30 ft. I plan to try a 20m & 15m fan dipole version using QRP on this weekend DX contest.
