Direct Drive mount for Ender 5/5+ using Exoslide rails

This is a re-design of the direct drive mount available from Exoslide for use with their linear rail products on the Ender 5/5+. When printed with PLA, the original design would tend to bend and deform from the heat and weight of the extruder stepper motor. This was re-designed to add additional support to counteract the deforming. This iteration only works with the standard single gear extruder. I will post an additional design that will work with the dual gear extruder when it is ready. This is being shared with permission from Exoslide.com
