I created a mud tire built around a small rim. The tire has tread on the top part. The rim had 8 holes around the middle. I created this becuase I like quading and off-roading and I though this would be a fun thing to do. I also thought it would provide challenges and obsticles that I wanted to learn how to overcome. Instructions 1- Make a 2.2 inch diameter circle 2- Extrude the large circle outward 0.8 inches giving it depth 3- Make a smaller 1.2 inch diameter circle inside the larger circle 4- Extude 1.2 inch circle inward .04 inches to show the rim 5- Create an even smaller circle inside the small circle .275 inches in diameter 6- Extrude the .275 inch circle out 0.4 inches so it is flush with the tire, not rim 7- Create a .225 inch circle .350 icnhes away from the inner most circle 8- Using the circle pattern create 8 of the .225 inch circle 9- Extrude the 8 circles 0.8 inches through so there becomes a whole 10- Starting at the top of the circle create a rectangle 0.032 icnhes tall from the top of the tire leading inward to trim 11- Trim the part of the rectangle leading inward 12- Trim the curve of the tire only directly under the tread bump 13- Using the circular pattern create 25 tread bumps 14- Extrude them arcoss the whole length of the tire 15- Print on makerbot! OR 1- Download STL 2- Generate G-code in replicator g 3-Press build once hooked up to makerbot 4- Watch the magic
