Disc brake set 1 for the Traxxas 1/16 E Revo

I design this disc brake set for my traxxas 1/16 e-revo this is a cosmetic upgrade as you see here in the photos. If you wish to download this file. The requirements for these 3-D printed disc brakes you must have the RPM axle carriers already installed onto your traxxas 1/16 e revo like you see here in the photos. The photos will give you an idea on how to prepare them and install them but I will explain to you step-by-step how to prepare them and to install them. 1 depending upon your 3-D printer you would need to do some sanding with a dremel or similar power tool to smooth out all of the rough edges. 2 remove the hex nut on the axle carrier and do a test fit to make sure that everything fits as seen in one of the photos. 3 once the pieces have been sanded out and test fitted then assemble the pads onto the discs themselves as seen here in one of the photos. 4 then use a little amount of superglue to secure the pads and to the discs themselves as seen here in one of the photos and let the glue dry. 5 after that then use then hot glue gun then applied a small amount of glue on the discs themselves not too much because you may have to remove the disc brakes for maintenance or repairs later. After applying hot glue onto the disk brakes or axle carriers themselves and quickly install the disgraced themselves and to the axle carrier before the glue dries. 6 after that the glue is dry test everything out to make sure that the disk brakes themselves are solid on the axle carrier themselves. 7 after that put the hex nuts themselves back onto the axle carriers then put the wheels back on and test out the RC vehicle to make sure that they are no issues in regards to the disk brakes themselves and everything should work out.
