I have modeled this disc in CATIA V5 part design module. This disc was finalized after almost 20 iterations with design and analysis for stresses and thermal loads implement on disc when brakes are applied.I have successfully designed this disc with reduction in cost and material for laser cutting with efficient factor of safety.I will appreciate for any comments and suggestions, as I can learn more about the automotive designing and improve my skills with the help of your suggestions.
