Introduction

I wanted a disc golf mini, so I made one with my symbol on it. Also made a clean one because not everyone may want to have that. The disc is designed with the profile of a driver and is furiously overstable, but you probably shouldn't use it for anything but marking your lie anyways. It is slightly (~1,5 mm) larger than the Mini Disc Golf Federation allows to be used in play, but you could just scale it down to meet the design rules if you so wish. I painted mine and added a protective layer of gloss. If you plan to do the same remember to sand it rough and add a layer of primer.

Printing tips

The model is at a 10:1 scale, this is a hack to increase the resolution of the resulting .stl file when I export it from CATIA, just scale it down to 10% before printing. Print it with 100% infill or it will be a bit weak. I printed mine right-side-up with supports to keep a fresh "exterior" surface. If you want to avoid a "seam" remember to set your seam alignment to random
