My Upper Dishwasher Rack Wheels (Dishwasher data tag Electrolux FPHD2491KF0 <----- (zero) started to fail so I designed these in Fusion 360 copying the original wheel pretty closely. It's not exact but it's close. Use 50% infill to print. See Temps and Model Number of the Dishwasher below. Make sure.. the concave face of the wheel faces OUTWARD on each side of the rack. I included many different file formats for your pleasure. Normally you would download the STL File, then process that in the Cura Slicer or whatever you like, to transform the STL file to GCODE to print on your 3D printer. i originally printed thse wheels in Esun PETG and they lasted about 3.5 months, then cracked. These new ones have a higher heat tolerance and they are FoodGrade Filament, as long as you use a stainless steel nozzle.
