My dog killed one years ago. My original version was my first functional print on my new MK3S+. This new iteration has a much stronger center axle that is print-in-place. Works great!</p><p>Outer wheel diameter is 38mm.<br>Inner wheel diameter is just shy of 28mm.<br>Dishwasher rack axle is 6.57mm.</p><h4>Changes</h4><ul><li>v3 now with longer axle & beefier clips. Added detail to support circular overhang.</li><li>v4 with improved clearances & details</li><li>v5 with print-in-place axle</li></ul><h4>Printing</h4><p>No supports, print with high temperature material to withstand dishwasher heat cycling. I'm using PETG but ASA might be okay. Layer height 0.15mm.</p><h4>Post-processing</h4><p>If the center axle is not free use a quarter or other coin to hold the axle then rotate the wheel until it's nice and loose.</p>
