Here is a display base you can print to hold a 1/8" thick piece of plexiglass. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerGear Printer: M2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 10% Notes: I used skirts, but I don't think they are necessary. Post-Printing I ordered strip LED's from Amazon, cut it to the correct length, hot glued them in place and attached a 12 volt power supply. I cut the plexiglass with my CNC router, but if you have a way to scratch the design into the plastic it will still work.
