Diwali - Festival of Lights

thingiverse

Diwali is one of the most widely celebrated festivals in India. It is called the 'Festival of Lights' signifying the triumph of good over evil and of knowledge over ignorance. It is celebrated by lighting up 'diyas' (lights and decorative lamps/lanterns), fireworks and ofcourse, just like any other Indian festival, accompanied by some delicious food and sweets/desserts! In the accompanying designs, I have made some miniature 'diyas' and decorative lanterns. Some of the designs (e.g. Star shaped one) can also be used on the Christmas Tree!! This is still a work in progress and I will be updating some of the prints to improve the print finish and add some more features. Happy Diwali and Happy Printing..!!
