Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:792934 Print with supports and remove. Gap suitable for cable ties, not tried with hose clamp, but dimensions can be easily changed in Fusion 360. STL worked for my antenna - you will need to use the Fusion 360 file to set the internal diameter to suit your requirements.
