DIY bayonet compatible respirator filter

thingiverse

Under current pandemic conditions the need for cheap DIY filters for standard respirator masks may arise. This design is aimed at providing an affordable and universal solution that could be applied in any country. Filter consists of two 3D-printed parts - base and cap. You will also need a ~7x7x2 cm piece of standard car air filter (in our demonstration we use generic Mercedes Vito replacement filter, but you can as well use any other). The filter is glued to the case using thermal glue sticks. Please see assembly video instructions here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhzZDMxJArkijX4vk0Zz0oEHrPX5Lo5Jh
