I needed a replacement for a broken PSU and with some time on my hands I searched for a DIY solution. I didn't want an ATX based unit so I grabbed the electronics from this video https://youtu.be/A2l7zinMDw8 and designed my own housing for it. Designed this to print in 5 Parts: 1. Sides+Bottom 2. Top 3. Front 4. Back 5. Inner Shelf I wanted something sturdy and printed with 3 Perimeters and 30% Infill but in Hindsight you could definitely get by with 2 Perimeters and 20% Infill. My print time was 41 hours in total, longest single print time was the combined bottom and side panels by far with 23h50m. The PSU shouldn't get hotter than ~50 °C for prolonged usage but to be safe I printed with PETG. I've included the .step file if you need to make adjustments.
