Full desktop PC experience in the portability of a handheld tablet. Detachable joy cons for gaming and multiple monitor support for productivity. Up to R7 or i7 processor with 8 cores/16 threads, 8TB NVMe ssd storage, 64GB 3200Mhz RAM, Wifi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2. Integrated graphics are sufficient for some 3D design, AAA gaming, emulation, and so forth. Upgradeable and customizable over time. I have been using an intel 5010U and AMD 4800U for a few months now as my daily computer and I wanted to get something out there to say this is a functional and an educational project. I am working on a version two that doubles battery life and adds a physical keyboard. I have my hands full at the moment so I am starting with version one to get me started. First time I am practicing being open source. Below is a list of parts needed and I am hoping assembly is fairly self explanatory. Designing a detailed manual is time consuming and a WIP.
