Designed up this water cooling system for e3d v6 hotend to prevent clogging on fully enclosed printer. Because ambient temperature inside build area is very hot, around 60°C, it will often break the regular fan. Printing: water-jacket-1 - no supports needed water-jacket-2 - supports needed Print with ABS only, and need to post printing using acetone. Put e3d v6 heatsink to water-jacket-1, and close with water-jacket-2 on top. Glue with any water tight and strong glue (i use epoxy) and paint it with 600°C high temp paint. I use silicone tube ID 8mm. Additional print: diy-radiator-holder - need two heatsink, two fan, and one water block. need support. nipple-l and nipple-y - need support
