These sewing templates were adapted from the paper templates at this site: https://www.craftpassion.com/face-mask-sewing-pattern/ My wife was cutting a lot of fabric and wanted something more durable to trace with the cutter. We brought the SVG files from the site into fusion 360 and adapted them with a slot so that a single template could be used to cut the lining and the main mask. Further adaptations, scaling, and offsets were applied so we have the four versions attached here. The kid's masks are not done yet but feel free to ask because it shouldn't take too long if there is interest. The slot is there to cut the lining fabric which is shorter than the outside fabric. Please note that this lining cut would have to be finished with scissors because the slot doesn't allow roller cutting from end to end! Also note: Although the edges of the slot are only spaced by 2.5mm, and there is not much difference there, the edge of the slot which is closer to the larger hole in the model is the one that matches the paper template. Therefore, cut on that edge if possible. Visually you can align the printed plastic template with the paper versions if this is unclear. Instructions for mask assembly are included at the link. Note: 4/2/2020: Based on feedback from my wife, the "v2" templates have wider edges so they are easier to hold down when cutting. The template size and thickness are the same.
