<p>I belive during this time it is important to educate ourselves to understand how somthing exists in such a complex biosphere thats why i would like to share my Lab glove Box that i designed myself and i hope that there is somebody out there that would like to explore as well the microbiome.</p> <p>The Box works for me so far, to cultivate different mushroom species<br/> widout the additive Hepa Filter stream that i added</p> <p>The Componets that you will need are listed below<br/> and i will share the Fusion 360 file in case you want to change the size .</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>The Componets that you will need are listed below<br/> and i will share the Fusion 360 file in case you want to change the size .</p> <p>If you have a Laser Cutter i added the sizes in the model Files Folder if you want to change them use Fusion 360 (free) to resize "Great Tool"</p> <p>Acryl-Glas 4 x 500 mm x 500mm x 3.6mm<br/> Acryl-Glue (I would recommend to use the right glue )<br/> Silicone gun (if you worked with clean cuts it should work without)</p> <p>16 x M4 20mm (without HEPA - stream)<br/> +16 x M4 20mm (HEPA -Stream)<br/> °Zortrax HEPA and Carbon Filter<br/> °Vacum Tubing 40mm<br/> Window Sealing Tape (or you could print out a Sealing with TPU )</p> <p>I Printet all Parts with ASA Filament from PureFil .<br/> It worked for me put shouldn't be a problem to use PETG or even PLA.</p> <p>Infill workt with 20 -30 %</p> <p>To use the long parts cute them in 3 pieces in the PrusaSlicer</p> <p>You will need suport for the Hepa Box</p> <p>IMPORTANT : If you want to use the HEPA - Stream you will need some kind of Ventilation i used en old pump from a inflatable mattress and connectet input and output to the Hepa pices like this you will have littel to no problem with contamination from other spores and bakteria</p> <p>I will update the post if there are any improvments<br/> and i would be very happy to here from your experince</p> <p>Happy Building !!!</p>
