DIY LED Worklight - Convert Spare Lightbulbs into a portable & robust work lamp!

I'm turning a school bus into a small house and wasn't happy with the work lights from my local hardware store while I was sanding/scraping the undercarriage in preparation for resealing the chassis/suspension. I have a bunch of E26 LED bulbs (since they never burn out I don't really need to keep spares around...) so I figured it was a waste of $40-50 to buy an LED worklight when I could probably just make one. I'm pretty happy with the result - it's relatively easy to construct and so far seems pretty robust. Requires 5x M6 bolts + 10x locking nuts, an old power cable you can cut up + some 3/4" pvc pipe segments. Oh, and a little bit of soldering wire. Takes less than 10-20 mins or less to construct! Video of me constructing the untested prototype parts:https://plus.google.com/photos/105317412194765993553/albums/5917024930823811553?authkey=CKnXk_K2mrbWpwE Instructions print the base + psu units + 3 bulb holders at >10% infill + 2 shells. use 15-25mm M6 bolts (5) + 10 locking nuts. assemble as shown - and make sure to wrap electrical tape around the exposed metal to avoid electrocution!
