Just get a 10x cup magnifier (Carson LL-10 or a clone from Daiso store) and you are ready to make a new lens for your Micro 4/3 camera. The focus length is about 60mm. If you like short focus length, check out the duo lens design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:563276). Instructions It is a self-supported design and should be printed out in thin layer. I print out mine with 0.1 mm layer height but 0.2 mm also work. Taking apart the cup magnifier and you will find two optical lens. Just take one and snap in the back of the focus ring. The optical lens from Carson LL-10 is plano-convex and the one from Dasio is biconvex. All work fine with DIY Micro4/3 lens but have different distort pattern.
