DIY wheels made on the lazzzor and assembled to make cool and kickass wheels for your next robot. Instructions Lazzzzor out these wheels in quarter-inch birch plywood. Stack them up 3 high and secure with a hub (Pololu P/N 1083; this is for a 6mm axle) using #4-40 x 1" screws. Use Loc-tite on the nuts to keep them from falling off! Finally, put a rubber band over the teeth of the wheel. I used a #105 rubber band, which is 5/8" wide x 5" long.
