Air frame designed for a DJI FC 40 & Phantom 1. body approximately 25.0 oz ready to fly with out battery or gimbal. stock body wt 22.7 oz Will accommodate 5200 mAh batteries. Requires soldering longer wires from motor to ESC. Print Speed 1 ea: body 100% leg 80% escBkt 70% armClip 70% legBkt 60% Used 6/32" or 3mm stainless screws @ arm to body connection. Used 0.3 mm layers for small parts & 0.4 mm layers for large parts. body: v notch forward. arm spacers for thicker batteries. glue escBkt to arm. cleaned arm & gimbal holes with 3.5mm bit cleaned leg bracket holes with a 27/64 bit receiver Mt holes 1/8" or 1.5mm bit Used Velcro where necessary (battery) and glue.
