Print the parts flat, without support. I printed theml with PET plastic bottle filament : https://hackaday.io/project/185196-pullstruder-from-plastic-bottle-to-pet-filament But should work with PETG but PET is stronger. When printed bend them with a hot gun. Then use a 10mm long M2 screw to replace the original. That's it 7g more to protect your avata against frontal shocks. And it is not visible in normal flights conditions (even when camera is tilted up). It may break when absorbing a shock but who cares ? Reprint after use !
