DJI-F450-Flamewheel Blade guard

This is a blade guard for the DJI-F450 or F550 quadcopter frames. This guard protects blades up to 10 inches from collisions into objects and the ground if landing badly. The guard is designed to slip onto the end of each arm, and is fastened with a #6-32 x 2 inch machine screw and nut. The three holes in the arc of the guard are for a piece of nylon twine which adds additional protection against objects going between the guards. These will fit official DJI-flamewheel arms. They may also fit other arms based on the DJI designs. Instructions I printed a set using a MakerBot Replicator 2, set to 3mm resolution with 15% infill and supports turned on (no rafts). Each guard takes about 1 1/2 hours to print in PLA. If printing at 100% infill expect to double the print time
