Dji Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom Camera Mount

I created this camera mount for the Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom because I wanted to mount a 12x zoom camera on top of my drone and take long range pictures. I didn't liked the actual mount found online which clip on top of the drone as my camera is on the heavy side and not too much aerodynamic, I prefered to go with something that goes arround the drone. It is a little bit longer to install as you have to stretch it quite a bit to put it on the drone, but once in place it is very solid! Make sure to not block the bottom sensor (install in between). I have put some electric tape arround the area that touch the drone so that it protect it from scratches. You can use pretty much any 1/4 inch screw to install the camera. I have used a tripod screw in my case. While flying make sure there is no wind and make only slow movement as the CG and weight of the drone will be pretty different. Use at your own risk!!! --- 2019/01/12 Update --- Addded version 4.1 which add a bold under the drone to make it easier to install it. --- 2019/01/13 Update --- Added picture for alternative configuration. When mounted upside down, It can attach a camera under the drone. Just be aware that it risk to interfere with the drone instruments and that take-off and landing might be more difficult.. Also, because the thread are tight, it can be mounted on a tripod if the screw of the tripod is long enough.
