Light weight, only 1mm thickness, shell frame at 2mm! Print in PETG to allow perfect flexibility especially for the joints. 2. All STLs has already been arranged accordingly, just slice and print! 3. The left and right studs has been purposely made with tight clearance but they should snap-in and pop-off easily after some basic 3D printing treatment. Before first assembly, press and rotate the stud into the body panel hole a few times until they about to snap in, then repeat for the other side of the hole. Do this for both left and right body panels. If done correctly, you can easily attach or detach by just pinching the tab into the body panel hole, don't pull it off to avoid breaking anything. 4. If you have printing tolerance issue with the body panel joints i.e. filament got fused in the joints, you can slice the 1.5mm tabs of 0.3mm clearance with a pen knife.
