DJI Spark 5mm Tri Propeller Adapter

This file contains info for a thing you can print to adapt your DJI Spark motors to hold differently constructed propellers. How to us this: Remove propeller Remove quick attach dji propeller mount by removing the two screws on top of the motor. Take care to not misplace the spring, As wel as other parts. Place printed part onto shaft of motor, lining up the holes can be tricky. I used a press to force the print straight down, over the threaded screw hole. Install screws Install propeller by forcing it over the print. That's about it, you may have to tweak the diameter of what the propeller slips over, or use glue. You can also soften the end of the adapter's shaft with a lighter, and then use a cold, flat metal object to press it against the piece of the print that protrudes past the propeller, squishing the plastic around the top of the prop, to hold it in place. That's what I did, if you want you could use a knife to notch the inside edge of the propeller, so the softened printed plastic has more to grip. I may or may not make a better version of this.
