This is a remix of the ScreenHolder v5 from the excellent DM Screen with Dice Tower by thsturgill that is printable in original size on 220x220 format printers like the Ender 3, Voxelab Aquila without resizing or gluing anything. I tried printing the original ScreenHolder v5 on my Ender 3 V2 and Voxelab Aquila by following the instruction in the make by FHHuber (https://www.thingiverse.com/make:616413) but still had issues getting the margins correct, even after increasing my buildplate size to 235x235 in Cura. The issue was that the bottom connecting point kept getting cut off wasting a lot of time and material as the entire thing would print except for one end that would get cut off. After reading through the instructions a few more times I caught on that the designer thsturgill suggested that the model be cut up and the supports removed then print 1 of the 4 pieces at a time. So what we have here is just that. I pulled the stl file into Fusion and split it apart then removed the 2 integrated supports and exported the 4 pieces of the frame individually so they can be printed separately on a 220x220 buildplate. The screenshot of Cura is with the buildplate set back to 220x220 Left and Right frame sides do not need supports and print as is. Top and Bottom will need support on the ends. Instructions for Cura for top or bottom: 1. Open the top or bottom in Cura 2. Move the piece to the build plate and choose rotate then lay flat. 3. Uncheck Snap Rotation and rotate the model so it is a 90 degree angle from corner to corner as shown in the screenshot from Cura in this remix. 4. Set build plate adhesion to None 5. Check Generate Support, Normal, Touching Buildplate and Support Overhang Angle 80. 6. make any filament specific changes you want then Slice I included a picture of how the end kept getting cut off. You couldn't tell that it wasn't going to print correctly until the print was half done because that part isn't on the buildplate.
