<p>These models provide the basics for constructing a DNA double helix.</p> <p>Each nucleotide requires: 1 Backbone and 1 Base (G,C,T, or A)<br/> Each base pair requires: 2 nucleotides (above) and 2 (A-T) or 3 (G-C) hydrogen bonds (Hbond).</p> <p>All the base and backbone models have keyed cut-aways to help orient the models during assembly.</p> <p>Remember when assembling that the strands run opposite directions!</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>You will need supports. Unfortunately, out of the box PrusaSlicer is terrible at printing spheres. I recommend using Cura for this or use SuperSlicer and decrease the support XY distance to 0.16 and use concentric interface layers.</p>
