Evolve dna250c mod. Original design was published by Evolv and used for demonstration units given to reviewers. included here are the original STEP file, STL's I converted, an alternative front and the original one to fit different 510 adapter. The 510 that was used for the original is no longer available. The original demo vapes had a Turningy Bolt 4s 1000mah battery. This battery is HV meaning it should be charged to 4.35v per cell, charging via USB in the mod only gets to 4.2V, so about 90% charge, which should mean the battery will have a shorter duration per charge but get many more charge cycles. The design will need modification for different batteries, with the one mentioned it is a perfect fit. There is no extra room. The buttons may need to be scaled in XY slightly down, ideally you want them not to rattle but not sick either. There is a screen holder, it may not be practical to print this unless you have small (0.15) nozzle or a resin/laser style printer. There is also a stl of the dna250c board with screen holder and screen so you can see how they are supposed to go together. This is probably the smallest lightest dna250c 4s mod you can get that is practical. For me the battery almost lasts a full day, just needs a top up at some point. I found some recessed hex (allen) head M2.5 stainless steel head screws on ebay, the holes may need drilling out a bit, then they make their own threads and have held well. The picture with the blues buttons was 7 months ago, the white buttons is the same model now, been in daily use since!
