At my table, everything is a thing Which means we have markers or card for pretty much every single item or action that the PC's can make This is a marker used for our Paladin's divine sense ability. We're a homebrew world, so when asked what holy symbol he wanted, he provided an image. Made that image into a marker he could use. If the symbol is for something else or has copyright, I apologize in advance - I have no idea where he got it from
