Created on Solidworks. Printed on a Stratasys Mojo Printer. About 4.5 in x 4.5 in x .75 tall Instructions Drew each object as a part file in Solidworks. Printed at 100% on a Mojo printer. I made the slider block a little tight and had to sand the edges just a tiny bit so they would slide smoothly
