I made this rod holder for my Dads dock to match the others he was using in his boat. He wanted the other simpler design I have available though. I haven't printed this one so the collar will probably need to be scaled up just a tad to fit snugly around the rod holder. With this style a fishing rod can be locked into the holder by turning the collar.
