Dock for Nokia DT-900 Qi-charger

I wanted a dock for my Nexus 4 phone, but thought the original Nexus Charging Orb to be too expensive. So I bought a simple Nokia DT-900 Qi charger and created my own dock arround it. Now all that remains is a NFC-sticker and to find something to prevent the phone from sliding off. I used some double sided scotch for the pictures. I am sharing a pretty accurate model of the DT-900 charger itself here, in case you want to build your own dock; http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=4cd47586064f801fb08c032bedc99529 Instructions I printed mine on 0,1mm layer height, 2 shells and 10% infill at 50mm/sec on a Replicator 2. This took over 7 hours and ate a lot of fillament. You should be abled to print with less infill and higher speeds. A bigger layer height shouldn't be a problem either.
