Dodge Ram Vent Mount for iPhone

[ I've uploaded the new design which compensates for the weight causing the vent to close. The vent still closes, but the slope of the face leaves the phone at a viewable angle ] This is a vent mount for an iPhone that fits the vents for a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 The phone case is from Thing:4382 ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4382 ). Kudos to aylr for such a great design. I am using his iPhone Bike Mount but wanted to be able to leverage that case with a mount for my truck My files do not include the case. You will want to download aylr's case and print it for use with this vent mount Instructions 1) print the case from thing:4382 and the parts from this thing 2) attach the 2 legs to the base using 2 M3x12 screws 3) attach the base to the phone case mount using 1 M3x12 the holes are such that you won't need a nut, but I'm not sure how long that will last 4) insert phone in the case from alyr's thing:4382 5) mount the vent mount in the vent 6) attach the phone case to the vent mount I'm going to give mine an acetone dip before use to try to strengthen it a bit. I'm not sure I'm that good of a designer. IE, don't cross a bridge that I build....I sure wouldn't. If you improve this design (and please do), let me know and I'll use yours instead of mine
