Dog Ball Chuck With Screws

Dog Ball Chuck With Screws

This is a complete redesign of the Go Fetch! Ball Chucker by Maury M Marques in https://www.printables.com/model/465058-go-fetch-ball-chucker-stronger-arm. It is not a remix, since the entire structure was redesigned from scratch using Fusion 360. The original design required gluing the three pieces together, the shell was too thin and the joint was very weak. I redesigned it so that the body is stronger, and the parts are joined together with two M5 20mm screws and two M5 4mm nuts. This avoids having to glue the parts together. I wanted a ball chucker that I could use to play with my dogs. The device works well with standard tennis balls and the larger 72 mm balls as well. Printed in PETG with 20% infill and organic/tree supports. Included is the design file for Fusion 360, so feel free to experiment with the design and improve it.
