Dog Clamp

Dog Clamp

thingiverse

This is a dog clamp for my woodworking projects. I initially made a wood version, but decided to make a plastic version. The arm and the rod need to be strong, so I kept them as wood. The arm is made by left-over pieces. 1. Drop a washer 2. Put a thin grease on the cap nut 3. Apply a glue (I used JB Weld) and clamp them Just in case, if the wood rod is not strong enough, I buy Aluminum rod https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MXCPSV2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Cap Nut https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CKP1LLK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 1/4-20 Threaded Rod https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JDU6J8K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 1/4-20 Knob https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073PTGC96/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 1/4-20 T-Nut https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MSVU3WF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
