A 4oz. dry food scoop for feeding portion for dogs around 8-12 lbs. eating twice a day. Anecdotal: I needed a quick reference of portion because many people have the responsibility to feed my dog. The term ''about that much'' doesn't work out reliably. So I designed this scoop. I first made it in PLA and that broke within a week because dog food is hard to scoop. I then went with ABS, then ASA, the Petg, but they all failed over time. Seems the dry food sucks the life out of them and they get brittle. TPU finally solved the problem. I then made one in a flexible material and not only does it feel better in hand during use but it's still going strong after two years. Problem solved.
