Dog Lead Poo Bag Clip

I broke the clip that holds the dog poop bags to the Dog's lead, The original clip held the bags sideways, I wanted something that would hold them facing forwards and more securely to make it easier to get the bags out, but still wanted some movement so they didn't break again easily. I may have over engineered this. Required 4x 5x3mm screws. I don't suppose anyone else will find this useful but if you do please let me know.
