Dog Pen Holder - Ears / Nose

The original design didn't include STLs for the nose or ears, so I created my own. The original included CAD file was also missing external dependencies, so it was unusable. I didn't create any eyes. I instead made the ears larger so they covered where the eyes would go. Uses the same body in the original, so I didn't include it.
