Trying for a more lightweight adjustable design for a small dog or cat, designed to use 8mm hardware and O rings in the wheel grooves for added traction. The wheels use skateboard bearings. I suggest using medical tape to hold the frame in adjustment. A harness for the front and a collar around the belly will be needed or something similar fashioned.
