This wheelchair is for dogs who have lost one or both of their hind legs. Dogs who are handicap have a hard time walking long distances, so this device will allow them to have something to place their weight on where there legs are not there. The two rings at the front are for velcro straps to attach to a harness the dog will wear, so that the wheelchair stays on.
