I printed this with 75% infill out of PLA-F and PETG (both worked fine). Just be sure to anneal them after for strength. Measured and cut my ripped awning pole below the radius increase and then drilled out 3 1/8" holes with the part inside the pole, then rivetted in place. The rivets seem to hold really well and haven't had any issues with the part so far!
