<p>Over time the window cord can dig a groove into the guide channel inside the window (see cover photo). This will stop the window shade/bug screen from moving and cause it to jam into place.</p><p>This little piece sits in the window cord area and rolls over a piece of coat hanger to allow the cord to freely move.</p><p>I have additional instructions and pictures if anyone wants them.</p>
