An organizer insert for the large and small cards used in the Donner Party card game (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/208673/donner-party). Openings are big enough to handle sleeved cards and it also adds some much-needed stiffness to the box. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .3mm Infill: 25% Notes: If you print in several pieces, the intermediate layers do not need top or bottom surfaces, which saves a bit of time. For the perimeter, 2 layers is sufficient. For the bottom piece, 2 layers top and bottom, and for the top piece, 2 layers on top. I used 25% triangular infill but you can probably get away with less. This is a snug fit for the game box and you might consider 99% on the X and Y dimensions. Because of the size (205mm x 130mm), you probably want to use a material with minimal shrinkage to avoid corners peeling up. The only supports you need are on the bottom piece, for the inset holes. As far as the print time goes, if you start now it will probably be finished before the sun burns out. Post-Printing Assembly & use Unless you did this as a single piece it is held together with six 10-24 x 1.25 inch screws and nuts. You will need to heat the nuts to seat them in the recesses on the bottom layer, or manually ream out the holes slightly larger. The grid pieces keep the cards from sloshing out of their compartments when the lid is on the box. Presumably this could be used for any other game with this size box, and if that game does not use small cards, the other compartment could hold tokens or dice. Assembled and in the box Loaded with sleeved cards
