Following the success of my Stuka wind vane, I decided to make one for my parents based upon their beloved dog, Willow. She is a Floodle (flat coated retriever crossed with a poodle) and is very similar to a large Labradoodle. As she is always chasing a tennis ball, it was the obvious choice for the counterbalance. Makes a lovely garden ornament, or a functional wind direction indicator. Requires a degree of assembly and gluing (5 minute epoxy), together with the ability to hand bend 800mm of tube to follow a 0.75m diameter.
