Doom 4 Helmet Split Vents ETC

I printed Jace1969's Model as one piece and had all sorts of problems with supports etc so I decided to split it up into component parts. Split all the vents (Top, Ear and bottom vents, added a brace to keep them together. They can now be printed separately and inserted after the helmet has been printed. Added 3mm holes in the top vent for led's. I also separated the inner parts of the helmet and the trim pieces (see pictures) these parts are very small and would best printed on a resin printer but they can be done on an FDM. The visor on the original is a pain to fit, it you look close there's a slight gap for the visor to fit into and there isn't much tolerance so i separated this from the main part of the helmet with a sharp knife (on the inside of the mask there's a lip where the chin vent is) I reprinted this part so you can sandwich the visor between it, saves on messing up a visor, this is the 'Innerframe Optional' file. The 'InsideFrame' file is the part that sits up against the inside of the visor. I made a visor Buck for this helmet you can find that here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6138225 Sorry if a lot of this didn't make much sense but it really has made building this helmet so much easier.
