Door Bell Button Housing

Door Bell Button Housing

I designed this doorbell housing for a decorative button, to mount on a rough stone wall. I needed more depth than most, so I could hand-cut and form the housing to fit the irregular shape of the stone (see the light colored one in the photo). If you want a shallower version, just abort the print when the housing has printed as high as you need. This is what I did for the one shown mounted on the brick wall. I sanded then painted each housing for the wall. There are two versions of the .stl; one with the hole I needed for my buttons, and one with no hole, in case you need to drill your own size/shape opening for your button. No supports needed. I've also included the source file (FreeCAD .FCStd) if you want to customize it.
