Door Catch for Raise3d Pro2
thingiverse
I got tired of the door on my Raise3D Pro2 machine swinging freely (and often slamming shut) while trying to work on it, so I created this quick fix in Fusion360 to keep the door open. To install, simply remove the second screw from the door and replace it with a longer screw that matches the same gauge (#6). If you don't have a spare screw, you can use the one that comes with your machine - just be prepared to force the head into the printed part slightly. I recently had my coworkers print this part, and they found it didn't fit their machines as well as it did mine. To address this issue, I'm designing an updated version that will be a bit shorter and have more room for the screw head. Since the current model is relatively short, you can simply cut it in half to achieve the desired height if needed.
