Door Offset Frame for Wanhao Duplicator 4S

When using a front-mounted PLA fan with the Wanhao Duplicator 4S 3D printer, there is a chance that it will hit the door covering the front of the machine. To solve this we designed a frame that will offset the door by 20mm and allow for a fan to be mounted on the front of the extruder carriage. Print the parts needed as specified below. Remove the door (and hinges) from your Wanhao Duplicator 4S 3D printer. Connect the four parts of the frame using the four "ds4_frame_connector_bracket". Mount the frame to the printer together with the hinges and door. Once you got the fram in place secure it to the printer using the six "ds4_frame_lock_bracket". As the final part, put the "ds4_frame_door_lock" in it´s place. Printed parts needed: 1 ds4_frame_lower_left 1 ds4_frame_upper_left 1 ds4_frame_upper_right 1 ds4_frame_lower_right 4 ds4_frame_connector_bracket (This parts interlocks the four parts of the frame) 1 ds4_frame_door_lock (locks the door in place while closed) 6 ds4_frame_lock_bracket (Keeps the frame in place) Suitable door hinge for this frame: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:736706
